Founder, CEO & Empowerment Mentor

Hi!  My name is Sophia and I am passionate about helping people unlock their brilliance and become of the best of who they are!  As former Head of People and Culture (HR) at the The Agency, a global real estate sales & marketing brokerage, I discovered my passion for helping staff and agents become the best of who they are. I begin to intentionally develop my background in coaching, personal and organizational change, and  I founded AE as the corporate vehicle for my life's work to support a collective move toward excellence of soul.

 

As CEO & Founder of Aihpos Enterprises, I lead the organization's vision, empowerment projects and strategic partnerships.

I previously served as Head of People, Culture and Operations for Ausin Group USA, Head of People and Culture at Pixi Beauty Inc. and VP of People and Culture & VP of Strategic Initiatives at The Agency RE.  Prior to that, I worked at Warner Bros., CBS and taught at USC's Annenberg School for Communication.

 

Through my background in HR & People Development, Communication and NLP, I've developed practical tools to help people unlock the best of who they are. I am part entrepreneur, scientist and 100% advocate for the brilliance in each of us!
